About Us

Our companies have grown along with the communities we serve. At our inception in the mid-1950’s, there was one company with one man at the helm serving one county. Today, our two companies serve the entire Mid-Hudson Valley region.

We employ a full-time staff and bring on additional searchers and closers as needed for any given project. Recently, we were honored when we were recognized as a Top Performing Agent by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
